|Recommended: YesBest Maintenance Experience Ever – Thanks to Chico — We recently had a maintenance request for a couple of outlets that weren't working, and Chico came by to take care of it. From the moment he arrived, it was clear we were in great hands. Not only did he expertly fix all the outlets in no time, but as we remembered a few other things around the house that needed attention, he immediately jumped in to help with those too—no need to schedule multiple appointments or wait days for small fixes.
Chico was incredibly friendly, professional, and personable. He reassured us that no job was too small and even encouraged us to reach out if we thought of anything else later. It's rare to find someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and is so willing to go the extra mile. We’ve never had a maintenance person this amazing anywhere we’ve lived.
Having Chico around gives us real peace of mind, knowing that any issue will be handled quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. |Recommended: YesGreat service so far — I have really appreciated the maintenance manager, Chico, and his friendly, efficient, and timely services. He is always great Sarah in the past, and Jennifer currently at the front office, have been so courteous and helpful to me the last year and a half.
Guest parking can fill up toward the evening, but at least there is plenty of overnight street parking across from the complex. The trash compactor and recycling dumpsters all get filled up to the point of overflowing a couple days before collection. However, they always get emptied and trash sitting beside the receptacles always get cleaned up, which I appreciate.
Overall, I have been very happy with living at Sunset Crossing.
